You can cancel your order by emailing us below using the contact us and we will try to sort out your issue as long as the purchase was made within 24 hours of the email.
If the item is faulty or damage due to our side of things we will usually send you out a free return shipping label where you can attach with your item in a courier bag and drop off at Australia Post.
Please allow 24 hours usually for processing time. Express shipping will usually be within 2-4 days depending on what state you’ve purchased from. Allow 4-6 days for a standard shipping..
We have Express Shipping and Standard Shipping for both domestic and international purchases.
